Saint John Nepomucene Neumann mug

The Saint John Nepomucene Neumann mug is a gift for someone who knows his story, celebrates his name or wants to keep a reminder of this saint in everyday life. His old portrait and the details on the reverse help you recognise Neumann and place him in his time. You can choose it for a relative or friend, or to accompany your own breaks at home.

Neumann's portrait alongside the milestones of his life

The image presents him in a buttoned cassock with a pectoral cross, in a black-and-white portrait. The photograph retains the historical appearance of the original and centres the composition on his figure. The full name on the reverse identifies «Saint John Nepomucene Neumann», born in Prachatiz in 1811.

The text records his death on 5 January 1860 and his canonisation in 1977, alongside the 5 January commemoration. On the Saint John Nepomucene Neumann mug, the image and dates offer two complementary ways to approach his memory: recognising his face and reading the milestones that accompany it.

Check the design for the way you will use the mug

The customiser lets you choose a right- or left-handed layout. You can rotate the mug in the 3D viewer and check where the portrait and text sit in relation to the handle. The “Both sides” option shows two opposing views of the same composition; the number of mugs you wish to buy is selected separately.

The details are already prepared, so you do not need to look up dates or write them out by hand. Check the image, choose the layout and add your selection to the basket. We print the composition using sublimation. Choose the printed text language in the customiser and check it in the preview.

Giving the Saint John Nepomucene Neumann mug can be a way of celebrating a name day with something that remains present after the day itself. A conversation about his life or a dedication written by you can accompany the gift. If you are preparing gifts for several people, also explore our collection of religious mugs and choose each name or devotion separately.
