Holy Mary, Mother of God mug

Starting the year with Mary in mind can be a family custom as simple as sharing breakfast. The Holy Mary, Mother of God mug brings that celebration to an object you can give to someone close or keep for your own quiet breaks. Its design brings together an image of the Virgin and Child and the name of the solemnity that opens the January calendar.

Mary and the Child alongside the first coffee of the year

The chosen painting shows Mary wearing a dark mantle against a golden background, holding the Child as he touches her veil. That closeness between mother and son gives the gift a reflective feel: it can recall the faith shared at home, or a mother or grandmother with a particular devotion to Mary.

The other side carries the name «Holy Mary, Mother of God» and her commemoration on 1 January. The design is dedicated to this particular solemnity. Whoever receives the mug can therefore connect the image with the day you want to remember, even after the Christmas celebrations have come to an end.

A Holy Mary, Mother of God mug seen from both sides

Before ordering, you can check the composition in the 3D viewer. The “Both sides” option presents two opposing views of the same design and lets you rotate them to look at the painting and the text. The quantity you wish to buy is selected separately: this view shows a single mug from its two sides.

Choose a right- or left-handed layout to suit the person who will use it. You do not need to type the name of the celebration or position the image; we prepare the composition and print it using sublimation. Check the result, select the quantity and add your mug to the basket. Choose the printed text language in the customiser and check it in the preview.

The Holy Mary, Mother of God mug is a thoughtful gift for someone who celebrates this feast or enjoys collecting Marian keepsakes. You can include a few words of your own with the gift and find other devotions in our collection of religious mugs.
