Saint Peter Nolasco mug

The Saint Peter Nolasco mug can be a gift for Peter, for someone connected with the Mercedarian tradition or for someone who shares this devotion with you. His image at prayer and the 29 January commemoration shape a gift you can accompany with a few words about freedom, service and the saint's story.

Remembering work dedicated to captives

Peter Nolasco carried out his work in thirteenth-century Barcelona. He brought companions and resources together to help captive people regain their freedom. His contacts and knowledge of Mediterranean trade formed part of a mission that involved travelling, gathering support and negotiating ransoms.

The Order of Mercy remembers him as its founder and connects its origins with that care for captives. If your family has a Mercedarian devotion or a connection with its community, the Saint Peter Nolasco mug can help express that bond on a special occasion. The gift gains meaning from the story you choose to share when you give it.

An image at prayer

The chosen representation shows Peter Nolasco kneeling in a white habit with a staff, beneath the presence of angels. His name and the 29 January commemoration appear on the other side. Rotating the mug lets you distinguish the artistic scene from the text and contemplate each part of the composition.

Before ordering, you can check these two sides in the 3D viewer. The ‘Both sides’ option presents two opposing views of a single design while keeping the scene's rotation available. You can also choose a right-handed or left-handed orientation according to the person who will receive it.

We print the Saint Peter Nolasco mug by sublimation, with the name and commemoration already prepared. Choose the printed text language in the customiser and check it in the preview. The number of mugs is selected separately from the double view. To celebrate other people's name days or recall different devotions, visit our collection of religious mugs and choose each design with the name and story you want to give in mind.
