Mary Help of Christians mug with the Child in her arms

The representation shows Mary crowned, with the Child, a sceptre and a rosary, between two golden candlesticks. The image identifies this Marian title and connects the gift with a devotion present in many communities. Choose it for its composition or for what it means to the person receiving your gift.

The celebration on 24 May became linked with Pius VII’s return to Rome after captivity. John Bosco later gave this devotion particular prominence and promoted the Basilica of Mary Help of Christians in Valdocco alongside his educational works. The Marian title thus became connected with the Salesian family’s history. This context can accompany the gift with a memory of a community or a period of education.

Her name and feast on the reverse

The Mary Help of Christians mug carries the Marian title’s name and commemoration on 24 May on the reverse. Image and text form a prepared composition dedicated to this celebration. Accompany it with words about its recipient, a visit you shared or the connection you maintain with this devotion.

Before ordering, you can rotate the composition in the 3D viewer to examine the image and text from different angles. Selecting Both sides displays two opposing views of the same design, with rotation still available. Choose the handle orientation for a right-handed or left-handed user. The number of mugs you wish to receive is selected separately from the views shown.

We print the composition by sublimation. Choose the printed text language in the customiser and check it in the preview. Choose this gift for the name, history or devotion that connects you with its recipient, and accompany it with a few personal words about why you thought of them. Our collection of religious mugs includes other figures and celebrations, so you can dedicate each gift to someone in your family or community.
