Blessed Luis Eixarc mug

This Blessed Luis Eixarc mug can be a keepsake for a Luis or someone familiar with the history of Dominican missionaries from Barcelona. The image of Santa Maria del Mar and text on the reverse connect the gift with his memory. Accompany it with a few words about the city, a visit or a community that brought you closer to his story.

Blessed Luis Eixarc and Santa Maria del Mar

The design shows the stone façade of the Barcelona church, with its rose window and two towers. Luis was baptised there, so the photograph recalls a place in his life. It may appeal to someone who appreciates religious architecture and wants to dedicate the gift to his connection with Barcelona, explaining the reason for choosing this view.

Luis entered the Dominican convent of Santa Catalina and carried out his mission in the Philippines and Japan. In Abucay he ministered to Chinese and Tagalog communities before going to help the persecuted Christians of Omura. His ministry also depended on catechists and families who welcomed the religious. This background can make the gift meaningful to someone familiar with Dominican missions or who wishes to remember service to those communities.

His name and the memory of Omura

The Blessed Luis Eixarc mug includes his name, Omura as the place of his death and the 10 September commemoration. The image of the place of his baptism accompanies these references in the design. Choose it for his feast, for a Luis in your family or as a reminder of reading about his missionary life.

Before ordering, you can rotate the composition in the 3D viewer to examine the image and text from different angles. Selecting Both sides displays two opposing views of the same design, with rotation still available. Choose the handle orientation for a right-handed or left-handed user. The number of mugs you wish to receive is selected separately from the views shown.

We print the composition by sublimation. Choose the printed text language in the customiser and check it in the preview. Choose this gift for the name, history or devotion that connects you with its recipient, and accompany it with a few personal words about why you thought of them. Our collection of religious mugs includes other figures and celebrations, so you can dedicate each gift to someone in your family or community.
