taza-san-raimundo-de-penafort
Saint Raymond of Peñafort mug

If you are looking for a gift for someone called Raymond or someone who values the Dominican tradition, the Saint Raymond of Peñafort mug combines an image of the saint with references to his life. It can be a gift to celebrate a name day, give thanks for some help or accompany hours of reading with a keepsake that means something to that person.

Raymond before his books, in an image by Tommaso da Modena

The chosen fresco depicts the saint in a Dominican habit with a halo, writing at a desk with books. The scene focuses attention on Raymond's figure and offers an image that sits naturally beside an open book, a notebook or a conversation about the saints' calendar.

The reverse records his origins around Peñafort and Vilafranca del Penedès, his death in Barcelona on 6 January 1275 and his canonisation on 29 April 1601. The design's commemoration is 7 January. The Saint Raymond of Peñafort mug therefore distinguishes the day of his celebration from the date of his death.

Check how the fresco and details look

In the 3D viewer, you can rotate the mug and follow the full composition around it. The quantity you wish to buy is selected separately.

Choose a right- or left-handed layout with the person who will use it in mind. The image and details are prepared, so you do not need to copy out dates or decide where to place the text. We print the design using sublimation, based on the selection you have checked.
