It is a gift for someone named Perfectus, for a shared devotion or for a personal connection to the city's religious heritage. The photograph shows a silver reliquary chest surrounded by flowers in a chapel of the Basilica of Saint Peter.

An image connected to Córdoba

The photograph depicts the chest of the Cordoban martyrs in the basilica. It provides a collective context for the name of Saint Perfectus. A visit to the church or a family connection to Córdoba can make this image particularly meaningful and give you a personal reason for choosing the gift.

Perfectus was a Christian priest born in Córdoba and trained at the church of Saint Acisclus. He lived during the rule of Emir Abd al-Rahman II, in a city with Christian and Muslim communities. His death in 850 belongs to the series of Cordoban martyrdoms described by his contemporary Eulogius. These references connect his individual story with the city's religious memory.

His name and life details on the reverse

The reverse identifies him through his name, Córdoba as his birthplace, his death in 850 and his 18 April commemoration. The photograph recalls the martyrs as a group, while the text identifies this particular saint. A personal greeting can explain whether the choice comes from his name, a family memory or a shared visit.

Before ordering, you can rotate the composition in the 3D viewer to examine the image and text from different angles. Selecting Both sides displays two opposing views of the same design, with rotation still available. Choose the handle orientation for a right-handed or left-handed user.
